Advice on de facto relationship visa

Hi,I'd like some information on appying for a de facto relationship please. I'm Irish and my boyfriend is Brazilian on a student visa stamp 2.We are together two yesrs but only living together 2 months.We have flight tickets,photos,bills and the lease to send in as proof of our relationship.Will only living together 2 months be a problem?Also we're on a bit of a deadline as we are going to Brazil on holidays in a month and a half and his current visa will expire before we get back.Can he get an extension?And lastly,what form on the website do we fill out?? The only one we can find seems to be if you are living outside Ireland.Does anyone else find the website very confusing?!
