EI - Can Buggy be returned on arrival directly at Plane?

We will be flying next month from Dublin to SEA. The first flight is with EI from DUB to LHR, and we will then connect in Heathrow to our main flight with BA. Can we arrange for our buggy to be returned to us at the Gate on Arrival in LHR? We are flying with 2 small kids, so don't fancy carrying one of them all the way…

Can we arrange for our buggy to be returned to us at the Gate on Arrival in LHR? We are flying with 2 small kids, so don't fancy carrying one of them all the way from T1 to T5.

Asking, as previously they always put the buggy into the hold after arriving with it at the Gate, and it was then returned at the final destination with the regular luggage.
