    Hi all
    As the title says.
Im thinking of applying for a new job.

They want you to apply through application form but send 4 copies of your cv.

Is this normal or is it a way of cutting down on the job of someone in their office.

    Ive no problem sending 4
    Just curious!

    This can be quite normal.

For example the HR Dept may keep a copy of your CV. Then if there is three people on the interview panel then they will give each of them a copy of the CV also.

    Both.

Sometimes it's just saving paper/copying costs. Sometimes it's saving their time.
