Accoustic caulk for floor?

Can anyone recommend an accoustic caulk or good substitute available on short notice in the likes of woodies or chadwicks. Need to fill the gaps between plywood subfloor panels and between floor and skirting before a carpet and underlay get laid on Tuesday.
