    I wouldn't dismiss it so quickly, especially if someone's looking for a few extras on a big TV and has a very small budget to work with. I looked up some reviews (added to my initial post) and it's got some pretty decent scores.

    Yes.....If it does Freeview HD, it does Saorview.

    You should be looking for at least 200htz refresh rate.

    Depends on what you use it for though...HD movies
    or video game consoles will be terrble on this.

    Might improve Fair City tho if that helps!

    Only problem is that if there is a problem with it you have to pay the cost to get it back to the UK since it was delivered to Parcel Motel.
