    Hi,

I'm looking a buying a new pair of runners and have it down to either of the above.
I do mainly 5km, 10km and the odd half marathon.

I'm a neutral runner and was wondering if anyone has an opinion on which of these might be best.

Lastly if I was going with the GT 2000 are they much better than the GT 1000. The reason I ask is my local sports shoe have the GT 1000 on sale.

    Thank you

Since no-one else is answering I will give it a whirl.

GT1000 and 2000 are support shoes for pronators, so they would not be suitable for a neutral runner and could potentially cause injury.

You can check out which shoes might suit you on this website: http://www.runningwarehouse.com/catpage-MRSASICS.html

Don't be afraid to try something outside the Asics range.
