    Hi all,

I've a small bit of exterior plastering to do, the only thing I can't find good info on is the scud coat.

I know it is a runny 1:1 sand cement with 1:1 water and pva. The question is more how to apply it, is it just a heavy dashing brush? Or a sweeping brush? I've read some places where they say to throw it on with a scoup...

    Thanks

It's done by throwing with a scoop
Mix it up very runny and basically peg it at the wall.
