Hi Folks quick question, normally when you request one of these it comes back and says under or over payment. You will get this refund and spouse will get this much.

I submitted a request for 2012 & 2013 and i was due a substantial refund but it got swallowed by underpayments of 60-150 Euro a year from my wife before we got married, didnt think i could get stung for underpayments before we became joint assessed?

    Any ideas

Technically she is being stung for the under payment. It could be argued that your wife owes you the money but I won't make bother you about it.
