25 living with parents - mean tested?

If you're 25 and living with parents are their incomes taken into account for JSA?

I'm seeing conflicting info on Citizens Information and similar sites. Lower rates for under 26 but says parental income assessed if you're under 24?

Where does that leave you if you're 25 on the nose?

If you are aged 25 and over, then your parents' income is not taken into account.

The norm (though there are exceptions) is that you have to be 26 and over to get the full Jobseekers Allowance rate of €188 (which is still means tested, though not against your parents' income.)

So at 25 your own means are taken into account for the payment of 144 max. Parents incomes not considered.

JSB due to run out and just wanted to be sure.

    That's correct.
