    THe law is in place to stop people interfering with voting.
    Technically, someone could be prosecuted for taking an election selfie, but the chances of this being enforced are very remote.

    taking the picture of your own ballot isnt actually against the law.

    Taking a photo of someone else is tho.

    Saw another labour candidate today taking s photo of his toddler voting and was pulled up over it. Lots of complaints about him outside the polling station.
    He was dealt with by the presiding office a.d inspector:)
