watching Met Eireann Rainfall Radar this morning. Large amount of rain coming across the sea but at 11.15am it just disappears. Technology glitch? http://www.met.ie/latest/rainfall_radar.asp

Dublin radar coverage is missing from 11:15 there, thats why.
