    Ok, to put it in context.. how many Metro's were handed out today? Thousands an hour would be my assumption.. The likelyhood of those handing them out being near a polling station.. somewhat reasonable as they tend to go to places of high foot traffic.. Now the likelyhood of one of them ending up ooutside a station as the person holding it goes in to vote or even better the person just bringing it in..

    Thats why it is a problem..
