Anyone get aches and pains from vaping?

    Been using them about a month and noticed odd feeling in my chest, back and arms........ sometimes I forget it's my my hand and be vaping for 3/4's to an hour sometimes, need to start thinking of it as a normal fag and take 10 or so draws and leave it........can u vape too much?

    No aches and pains. But I do get sores in my nose when I use Halo juices for some reason.

    If you are feeling achs and pains or a tightness in your chest, check how much you are vaping, 3ml a day 5? 10? Pg dose dry you out, half an hour chain vaping will leave you dehydrated, enough to notice. Drink with the vaping, water is fine, no need to swill down pints or anything ;)
    I have had the tightness and a cough, lots of clear phlegm, yeah you didn't need to know that but it's germane to the op. Cutting down to about 3 ml a day sorted it out, I do have hay fever too so come this time of year, I vape a lot of menthol, it helps with the runny nose and sore eyes.

    Just as an aside, I never had hay fever when I smoked apart from some itchy eyes which only bothered me if I got into actual hay n stuff. The tar must have acted as a filter for the pollen or something, though the doc says it can happen at any time in life.

    Some people can have adverse effects with PG, try pure VG or a higher % of VG

    I get a runny nose from vaping, but of late it's been really bad.

    Cut the lawn last night and I had runny eyes, nose etc. Full on hay fever, which I've never had before.
