The IPCC will be having an open day on sunday at Girley Bog near Kells, they have done some great work out their which is still ongoing, so always looking for volunteers.

    Dear All,

Girley Bog Open Day being hosted by the IPCC on Sunday next the 25th of May. I know some of you have displayed an interest in doing weekend volunteer work and while there will not be manual conservation in action this is a good chance to get out and see the site, build information and learn our long term plans for the site. Also I am planning on bringing the volcano kettle which is always good fun and also sometimes leaves me in great need of assistance. Hope to see you there.

Finally there are strong rumours off a cuckoo to listen to as we work so if you are on the site at any time be sure to listen out for it.

    All the best,

    Tadhg
