Hoping someone can help. The Community Welfare Officer gave me an application form for Rent Supplement. It has to parts on it to apparently be filled out by myself and my partner's former employers. Hoping someone can help. The Community Welfare Officer gave me an application form for Rent Supplement. It has to parts on it to apparently be filled out by myself and my partner's former employers. Will a p45 from both of us suffice or do we really need to go in and get them signed? The Rent Supplement form you can download doesn't have these parts on it, that's why I ask. I'm having enough issues with my former employers at the moment without needing to get this done.
