For either Widi or miracast. Sends your display wirelessly to your tv. Bit like wireless hdmi. Got one myself and it's great.
This is not the lowest price it has been, but still a good bit lower than usual.
I would recommend it. The advantage over Chromecast is it will display anything from your screen, and not just compatible Google apps.

I have a widi capable laptop that used to work with this. After updating to windows 8, I lost that ability and despite numerous attempts Intel can't or won't supply a fix.

be very sure that your laptop can still operate widi before buying this.

my push2tv might as well be pushing daisies.

It'll mirror anything from your phone screen to your tv. Just not in a very satisfactory way.

Works flawlessly with the widi on my laptop (after some initial setup issues)

just to confirm before i order - is thats sky go that you are talking about ?

i thought sky had managed to block it from being sent to a tv

I don't have sky, so not familiar with it. Can you get sky go on your laptop screen? If so you can get it on your tv with this widi adapter. But your laptop has to have widi too, and most laptops don't have it.

One of the reviewers on amazon said sky go is blocked.

If you use your web browser, the push2tv displays exactly what is on your laptop screen, no blocking of any type. It's an exact mirror of what you see on the laptop, like a wireless hdmi

How does this compare to the above? Hoping to use for laptop gaming and/or moto g 4g emulators.

I have this, it will stream sky go, anything on my mobile screen will appear on my 55 inch tv almost perfectly.
