Checked car history on mywheels.ie,advice?

Saw car on Donedeal which seems like a bargain, it's a 04 bmw 316 with nct May 15 , tax April 15 , full main dealer service history and only 80k miles.seller looking for 2750.
Checked on mywheels and got Amber warning as it has 5 previous owners and seller is a garage which is not stated on dd also nct is showing as out since April 14 and tax is out since January 14.

Should I be concerned??

What's odd is that if you look at the disc it looks to be issued in 2011 -which would be impossible

I must point out that maybe the nct and motortax.ie have gotten it wrong on both counts and these cars are bargain of the year.

Mywheels clearly don't have up to date info on their system.

Plenty of dealers sells cars as private individuals on DD as they don't have to put the car through the books and pay tax on the income so I wouldn't worry too much about that aspect of it.

Go and look at the car and if it checks out then make an offer on it.

It's a 10 year old car, no one is going to offer aftersales service on a 10 year old car and a month or two warranty is all you'll get even from a dealer on a car that old

There is something odd definitely with both those NCT discs. Your NCT will always be the same month every year. Walk away
