My wife worked full time 5 years ago. Then 4 years ago she got her hours cut to 3 days per week and worked same amount of 3 days per week since. At the time when she got her hours reduced she applied and received jobseekers benefit for about a year. She received letter to reapply, but payment was stopped because she didn't qualify(hours where the same as year ago).

now this year i have lost my job and i am on jobseekers allowance.
Is my wife qualifying for jsb this year. It just seem not fair that she is getting 220/week in wages and not supplemented by any social welfare payments.
We have found extremely tough that 3 people family have to live on 450 of total income euro per week
