Haven't really seen this promoted anywhere, so thought I'd post it in here, should be a good gig.

    Show info:

    Cat Laughs Roadshow

Featuring the formidable talents of American Stand-Ups, Dom Irrera and Paula Bel, rolls into Draiocht on Wednesday the 7th of June.
If you can't get to Kilkenny for the Cats Laughs comedy festival this June Bank Holiday weekend, don't worry as the best of the fest is coming to Draiocht with a hilarious show featuring Dom Irrera, Paula Bel and MC Paddy Courtney.

The Godfather of the Cats Laugh festival since he discovered Kilkenny in 1792, Dom Irrera is one of the funniest men in America with a cool, urbane American-Italian delivery backed by a brilliant comic sensibility.

The man has redefined quick fire, popping brilliant one-liners into a rapid comic delivery that will not only have you rolling in the aisles but grasping your sides in comic pain.

Dom Irrera's very refined sense of comic irony was honed in a multi-generational Italian household in Philadelphia and the man got his first big break on the Rodney Dangerfield's Nothing Goes Right comedy special for HBO.

Since then, Dom Irrera has become one of the best-loved comics in America appearing in classic comedies like Seinfeld and Dr. Katz and cult movies like The Big Lebowski, as well as become Kilkenny's favourite son with his countless appearances at the Cat Laughs.

One of American's leading comics, Paula Bel honed her no nonsense in your face brand of comedy at the Comedy Store in L.A. and the Comic Strip and Stand-Up New York in the Big Apple.

In constant demand across the US and in comedy festival everywhere, Paula Bel's comedy makes comic gold out of current events while poking fun at everything from Osama Bin Laden to The Price is Right to Jersey City.

Paula Bel has had audience in stiches on Jay Leno's Tonight Show, on NBC's Friday Night Video and on the Full Frontal Comedy, she's a real Cat Laughs treat.

The Cat Laughs MC comes in the very funny shape of one Paddy Courtney, making for an excellent night of premium comedy on the 7th of June.

I'm just after realising that, what a monumentally pointless thread this is, my apologies.
