Something is switching MSE off regularly. Probably something malicious. Would appreciate any help to fix the problem. Run MSE as antivirus and scan regularly with Malwarebyte. Neither are picking up anything.

    What Os are you using?
If XP, then it is no longer supported (both OS and MSE).

My advice to you is uninstall MSE and download Avast Free.

do you have a second antivirus installed, i'm thinking along the lines of a conflict.

i would suggest uninstalling MSE, and then re-installing MSE. In case any of MSE is corrupted. It's a strange one for sure.
