    hi all just a quick question here:

    I had 1 provisional license (05)and 1 learners permit(2010) but i still havent managed to learn to drive for personal reason.. . gona do it now but do i have to resit the theory test r can i get a thrid permit ?

    I only really had 1 permit got my provisional license way back in 2005 on the old system so i dont no if it counts as having 2 permits r not

    If you had a learner permit/provisional license prior to April 2011, and it has not been expired for 5 years or more, you do not have to jump thru the hoops of redoing theory test, doing the EDT lessons etc etc. If your most recent learner permit dates from 2010, you are fine.
