Dell Inspiron 1764 hdd upgrade

The hard drive in my laptop has packed it in so I want to upgrade to a ssd. The current hd is serial ata 5400rpm. I'm just wondering what ssd would be best to swap for this. I can only see sata-600 on komplett. Any help appreciated thanks.

It takes any 2.5" sata drive. You won't get the full speed out of a new SSD. But it will still be vastly quicker than what you are used to.
