hi im looking to lease a small parcel of land 1 or 2 acres, in celbridge area, it doesnt have to be pristine grassland, roughage would be ideal ,land that wouldnt be suitable for cows horses or sheep would be ideal for me as long as its dry and well fenced, i would like to lease for a year first with a view to a long term lease if both parties agree, going rate will be paid for lease, so if u have any land u are willing to lease out please contact me and we can discuss further.

It would be best be up front what you want it for.
Too many lads have been caught leasing land in vague circumstances only to find those from ethnic minority groups there with their horses, fridges and couches boss.

You will find it hard to rent the size of a graveyard plot at the minute.
