Boat on the river?

    Does anybody know what the story is with the small boat that has been on the river by the steamboat quay? It is there about a month now with no explanation, there is never anybody on it either.

    Looks like a shannon one or foynes mermaid, dont know who ownes it but pretty exposed anchorage

    Spotted that as well actually. Couldn't see any parking disc on it as I drove by. :)
