I'm a fifth year student and exams start this Friday and last all through next week pretty much.
I have been getting abdominal pains so have to take day off school tomorrow to see the doctor and I am missing out on one nights study which would be valuable.
what should I do in terms of exams, take them home or explain to the teachers what is wrong?

    Get your health sorted first.

If you miss the exams and feel up to it, you could ask the teachers could you do them yourself at home afterwards, but your health is much more important.
