Having a problem with a trition 100E thermostatic electric shower, we recently moved shower and hooked it up to a direct water line from tank due to on-going problem with shower tripping out due to lack of mains water pressure. When switched on the water would start to heat up but shower would trip (lack of pressure) so we re-connected the mains feed, problem now is while there is plenty of water pressure coming through the shower head the water is not heating up...........any ideas ?????
Previously had Triton T90's which were great but this model is a disaster !!!!

Overstats are a new one on me.

That is a mains shower and will never work from a tank unless it is 4 floors above the shower.

When you say try out I'm guessing you mean the low flow flag comes on. This is on because the mains water pressure is not good enough.
You can ring the local council water department. They will check for leaks on the road. If they find one then that'll sort your problem. This is a free service. If you just have bad pressure you will need to get a triton t90z.

Don't be fooled by the water pressure from the shower head. They are designed to make you think the pressure is better than it is.

II'd put money on it that the shower is working as it should. I'm betting it is the water pressure. Mains showers are not really suitable for Ireland. They are great for the UK where pressure can be up to 10 bar.

I wasn't trying to be smart. Genuinely couldn't get what you were saying. Happens to me all the time. Smart phones aren't that smart sometimes. :-)
