    As the title suggests..

What do I need to bring?

Do I need a medical / eye sight certificate?

I can't remember what the procedure was last time around.. and I know the rules are changing all the time :o

    Thanks

You need to bring the filled in renewal form. Proof of your PPSN. Photographic I.D. Your current license. The fee €35. Also you will need, proof of address ONLY if it's different from the address on your current license and also you will need proof of a driving test failed or one booked if it is your 3rd or subsequent license you are going for.
