if JB runs out during fas course what happens. wont get JA as hubby earns 500 a week

If you are doing a FAS course then FAS will be giving you a payment. Your jsb will stop while you are on FAS course.

When you go back on jsb and your benefit exhausts you will be means tested and assuming that you havent any children and dont have any capital >€20000 and OH works 3 days or more then you will get some payment from sw.
