Pokerstars, you can play with playmoney for practice and in their freerolls to try and build a small bankroll for free for when you want to play for real. Also look at Fulltilt and Party poker for freerolls. Very easy to transfer funds between Pokerstars and Fulltilt as they are owned by the same company.
