The other half wants to try this so we think we'll give it a go. Has anyone done this and can you tell me where is good to go for total beginners?
    Thanks

No idea if they still have it but the turks head used to do salsa lessons during the week. My old housemate and a few brazilians I knew used to go there to dance and socialise generally. Couple of years ago though so might be very different now.

Thanks, ok so I found these:

salsadublin .com- classes most nights in Alchemy night club in Temple Bar - also Bad Ass Cafe on the weekends
salsasensation .ie - Academy Plaza and Harcourt Hotel

There are also loads of different types. Salsa, LA Salsa, Bachata, Zouk Lambada, Cuban Salsa. Not really sure where to start!
