    hi i started running last year in may. and really had no fitness at all done a 5 mile in terenure last may in a time of 42:50 i have been training all year round and in january i joined and running club, which i have to say may time is just dropping like flys i done the terenure race again this year in 34:10 just want to know when does the time really start to drag and instead of minutes its seconds your taking off. would like sub 30 next year is this possible. may time have really came down sence i started the running club train four days a week
