    How long after voting starts will it be before the crazies come out on facebook and start claiming that it is illegal to not provide a pen, and to only have a pencil.

    they will also claim that pencils are provided so that the guberment can change your vote.

    lets be clear on things here.

    crayon, pencil, pen, blood, can all be used and counted once the markings are clear.
