Approximately. Which would be cheaper to build, assuming a finished similar square footage? As in would the cost of raising roof pitch, converting attic , stairs etc. exceed the cost of the larger footprint of the bungalow? Thanks, P

Bungalow would usually be a reasonable amount more expensive.
