CGT on shares in overseas companies

I live in Dublin and hold a few shares in companies quoted on the NYSE , London etc. through the Internet Broker/Bank Keytrade (Belgium).

I pay my CGT on any monetary gains here in Ireland, but it has just occurred to me that there may be a liability in the respective jurisdictions --where the stock exchanges are located or even in Belgium where my Internet account is based.

Has anyone any experience of whether there are any liabilities in these jurisdictions?
