Stolen Bike Recovery Dublin

    Hi, anybody know the most likely place a stolen bike might end up? Bike nicked yesterday on O'Connell St, Dublin. From all accounts bike not likely to remain near where it was stolen for more than a week.

    Thanks for all the suggestions. It hasn't appeared on donedeal, adverts or gumtree. I have irrefutable proof of ownership.
    Cops and Halfords have both been very sound. Bike is insured but some staff more clued in than others.
    I am going to start a campaign to get the websites to force sellers to list serial numbers. Might be a drop in the ocean, but every little helps.

    That's an interesting idea. You should get on to your local TD about it.

    If you ask for this thread to be moved to the Cycling forum, you may get further input on where to look for your bike.
