Pretty sure the american brands all tend to go that large. I lived there and they tend to ride a size up than here. I had a specialized 61 or 62 that was actually too streched out for me.
Theres always the germans: canyon or rose. Ive a rose now and i know they make up to 66 or something crazy. Very well equipped too
