Masters programs

    Hello.

I'm an SHO currently in year 1 of a 3-year BST in Dublin. I'm interested in potentially pursuing a masters in a related topic to help my chances for getting onto SpR. I'm thinking of doing something along the line of healthcare mgmt but not completely tied down to this idea.

Does anyone have any experience with masters programs? Specific program recommendations are welcome!
Which is preferable - online or in-person programs?
Is a masters achievable in 2 years while on a busy BST scheme?

Any and all input is greatly appreciated, even if it's to tell me a masters is a terrible idea!
