There's quite a few sites that specialise in websites/apps for sale. Flippa.com is one that immediately springs to mind, I haven't used it personally though.

its something i developed in my free time for local small restaurants. very basic ios reservation and photo app . Id almost give it over to someone to groom it for a stake in it .

This isn't the App that you outsourced to India then?

I think you going to have a tough enough time selling an app that's unproven in the market, never mind one that comes with a permanent fixture.

I suspect anyone that's willing to take the App on (with a partner attached) isn't going to have the experience necessary for it to stand a reasonable chance of success. Anyone that does have the requisite experience/drive will quickly realise they're better off having their own app developed.

How does it compare with the existing solutions available to restaurant owners? If it is a very basic reservation app, why would a restaurant use it over the more established and polished apps which come with support, premium features, positive reviews from happy customers, etc?

when I say basic, I mean from the point of view of who ever is monitoring it. It is very simple to use.

Cool. How does it stack up against the competitors in terms of functionality, features, etc? Those are the kind of questions you'll need to answer in order to get people interested...
