hit & miss brown cottage fencing pressure treatment?

I got Hit & Miss brown cottage fencing installed in concrete slot posts in January this year. I purchased from a reputable sawmill. The fence panels are pressure treated Tanalith E with brown colour added. The cost was 60 euros per 1.8m x 1.8m not incl fitting or delivery.

It is now mid May and I have noticed that the fencing colour has lightened considerably with finer drier weather. Also there are a few green/blue mould type patches present on some of the panels.

I am concerned that the wood I purchased may not have been properly pressure treated.....

    Can anyone advise. Thanks
