Can anyone recall the main dealer who recently advertised for weekend test drives? I can't for the life of me remember who it was!

Great I'll look into them! Test drove a few cars a while back, think it would be great to have it for a couple of days to check out how heavy it really is on prtrol eric.

I wouldn't buy a car on the basis of how long they'll give it to you for, but an extended test is a nice freebie

True, tbh Opel don't really do anything I'm really interested in! But hopefully it could become a new trend seeing as buying a new car is such a huge investment & commitment!!

Cannot see it becoming a trend really as it would be open to abuse. Opel did it back in 2008/2009, lots of people took them up who had no interest in buying a new Opel.

Need to rent a car for a weekend away, ah sure don't bother, just go to a dealer and pretend to be interested in buying it and drop it back Monday morning.
