When is the best time to look for rental accommodation in Dublin?

I'm planning to move to another apartment or house later on this year - preferably September, October or November 2014. Are these months the worst for looking into new places to rent? If they are, which months are the best?

    Thanks!

There's a spike every summer as students head home for the summer and flock back in the autumn.

May to July is when to look. August to October is when not to be looking.

Once the Leaving Certificates are done demand starts and when they come out there is a big rise in demand in Dublin. Around November normal service resumes
