I have a blocked outlet pipe servicing the kitchen and washing machine. Question is ,is this pip linked into the sewerage pipe ? Can it be a case that the sewerage pipe is blocked ?

You would probably notice it in your downstairs toilet first. You could try lifting a manhole outside? However I expect its just a local build up. Buy some of that liquid drain unblocker and follow the instructions..

Probably a fat build up in the kitchen drain pipe as a result of washing greasy dishes. Buy some caustic soda (available in all shops and DIY stores). Sprinkle a good amount into the kitchen sink drain, add a small amount of water, and leave overnight. Just be careful as caustic soda can get very hot when water is added to it. Don't look down the plughole when adding the water!

And yes, the kitchen and washing machine drains should so to the sewage pipe, but since the latter is four inch it is unlikely that it's blocked.
