Purchasing gas boiler parts

    Hi guys, I know I'm a bit behind here but when have heat merchants and chadwicks only start selling gas boiler parts to RGI ? That shows how long I've bought my parts there

    Since last July i think. Heat merchants will sell to non rgi , but there are no returns . Not sure about Chadwick's though .

    Really I don't actually see the point in it so, that u still can actually buy the part but there's just no return on it. I just seen a sign in Chadwicks part centre stating that gas parts had to be purchased by an RGI. Am I missing something here?

    Ha ha that's true but sure what can u do. There's no competitor so they can charge what they like

    I hate my heatmerchants, but it's the only place for miles so they have you over a barrel.
