Someone mentioned this website on another thread so I had a look at it and found that my house cannot be clicked on. I dont really know what this website is showing but should I be worried that there is no entry for my house? All the surrounding houses can be clicked on and details brought up.

It just means that it's unregistered property.
Compulsory registration is recent enough I think.

It just means that it is an unregistered title. This means that the details of the transaction should be registered in the Registry of Deeds in Henrietta Street. The actual deed is registered (either a memorial which is a shortened version of the deed you signed or more recently your solicitor will have filled out a form 1 and registered that) rather than the property itself which is the case in a registered title like your neighbours.

It is now compulsory for all unregistered titles in every county to be brought through the process of first registration on the next conveyance. This means that when you go to sell your house the person who buys it will have to register the property in the Land registry, this is extra legal work but it will be the purchaser who will have to pay this.
