    I have resumed weight training again after a break for other sports and would like some advice from irish people about amino acid and other supplements,and which types are most common?

    train hard, sleep and eat well for 6 months until you stall, then review your diet and adjust, train for another 6 months on a solid nutritional foundation. If you stop making progress then think about some protein supplement.


    Save your cash.

    One's I would see as beneficial, quality fish oils & ZMA.
