My mother had a minor heart attack a few weeks ago, thankfully she's recovering well. We were wondering If we need to inform her car insurance company about the heart attack? The recommendation appears to be that you stay off the road for 4-6 weeks afterwards while you recover but I can't get any definite information about…

The recommendation appears to be that you stay off the road for 4-6 weeks afterwards while you recover but I can't get any definite information about dealing with the insurance company.
