    Oh woe be to the male who has to suffer this affliction so cruel.

    Survival pack has been prepared.

    Kleenex balsam
    Lepsip max
    Sucky shweets (Blackcurrant soothers ofc)
    Barocca
    Enough Cranberry juice light to kill a horse.

    Am i missing anything.

    If i don't make it make sure and let them know i went down fighting !

    Fresh air, excersise and if you have access then get into a sauna and sweat.

    This worked for me the last time.


    The juice of half a lemon, hot water, a teaspoon of manuaka honey for taste.


    The cold lasted about two days.
