Hacked off with sky now

I binned sky last year Nov/ Dec,2013 and one day in end off Jan 13 2014 i get a call from a sky rep,

" hi can i interest you in,,,,," so i said ok i will give you another go, as this was all about bb. you can have this you can have that , blah blah so i said ok

I was waiting for the bb box to be sent for ages, finally come , plugged it in , didn't work, ( phone line had to be checked ) ok waited another 2 weeks engineer to check it. "should be with you shortly "! no engineer, no bb ( so i wrong them up telling them to shove it , I'm not paying anything and not letting them take 100 euro of me . As this is what they were doing the next few days

"get stuffed i said , i will pay you something when you give me what you said you would i.e. bb so i cancelled it all , they said ok sorry it didn't work out blah blah, this was all in 17th jan 2014, well i get a bill today demanding money for a tv package that was in with the bb, anyone got any advice ??

Did they send you a set top box and viewing card?

no , iI had a sky box from before and they switched it on with the bb package, but when it was taking about a month or so , i told them to sling there hook, they said ok and said they would not go into my bank for the 100 euro first payment , and we left it at that , then i get a letter today 4 months later, i think they're trying there luck

Can you confirm that you were offered both TV and BB and that you cancelled both TV and BB?

i agree, how come they are only communicating with me now , after all this time , I'm confused. i can confirm i did cancel everything , and they said ok thats fine . ""we will not attempt to take any money from your account " I thought that was the end of it all ???

sorry i see what you mean about the dates , ok i explain

binned them Nov/Dec 2013 , as end of contract for just tv

receive call from rep about jan2014 offered deal for bb and tv package, accepted but was still waiting for service end of feb

So i told them to forget it , I'm not waiting another day , no broadband , only tv so I'm not happy as i only wanted the the bb really, the tv in with the package was just a bonus for me

so you only had tv for about 6 weeks? has you paid for this yet and is this what you've been billed for?
or are they looking to be paid for 4 months worth of tv ?
