It's been a while since I last had to use the M50 for commuting but last Sept it seemed to clog up.

Anyone doing this route and know of the likely travel times especially in the winter? I'm not sure yet what time I'd need to be there for but likely to be peak morning time.

Or alternatively is there any other route to take?

    Thanks

I used to do it about 3 years ago and it took 35 minutes. If you are doing it at peak time I'd add 15 minutes. If you want to avoid the M50 toll, you can go down from Clonee to Lucan, onto the N4 there and on down the M5. This will add another 10 minutes or so.
