Eurosport Player not working

Signed up for a month's subscription through the app to watch the Giro, but I can't watch British Eurosport on it. It won't load, and instead all I can watch is their commentary-free cycling channel.

Anyone have the same problem or know why that would happen? I've sent them an email.

I've been having a lot of trouble with my subscription and billing recently, it's really sucky.

Try support-uk@eurosport.com - which is one of the few email addresses not to bounce. Failing that, their team in Germany seems to respond muencheninfo@eurosport.com

Let us know how you get on!

The feed is behind crappy streams on the interweb. That, with the patchy performance and no highlights after 8pm, means I won't be renewing.

They also seem to have disabled the output from a device. No more booking get it up to a spare monitor in the office :(

Seems British Eurosport is wifi-only through the app, which is a pain. Also doesn't make sense because the commentary-free cycling channel works over 3G.

No useful reply from their support people yet.

I signed up on the 9th of May to watch the Giro too: worked fine for 2 days, and since then it has not let me sign in because its says my subscription has expired. ive sent in 4 emails to their support and not one has been acknowledged. bit of a rip off.

That only started in the past few days. I watched the majority of the stage to Dublin on 3g while I was waiting in the crowd.

Got this resolved eventually. After 5 days the eurosport hinderance desk responded and pointed gleefully at the Google Play help desk, as I had bought the app through there. Contacted Google Play HELP desk, and got it resolved in a few hours.

British Eurosport now working over 3G through the app for me. Not sure why, since I didn't change anything, but still...

Anybody having problems with ES on a laptop? Have tried Chrome, Safari & Firefox but all I get is a white box where the picture should be. No sound either.

wonder if anyone has had this problem. ive a samsung smart tv and downloaded the eurosport player app for the giro and it worked brilliantly.. just before the tdf started the app wouldn't launch claiming that there's a problem with my net connection.. which there isn't as i've checked it over and over again, plus netflix and other web based apps are fine.. i've tried fecking everything to resolve it and losing my mind.. im watching the picture on tg4 and listening to the eurosport commentary on my phone ffs
